Tai Chi in Kinoulton

Debbie Spencers Tai Chi group meets regularly in Kinoulton Village Hall and so we were invited to give a little demo as part on the annual Village Fair.
About 6 of us went through a number of exercises and then the first part of the Form. Debbie then did some advanced parts of the form and the Sword Form - very spectacular.
It was good to perform in front of a group, if a little tense!
